Hey guys/gals I am Justin and I am running a 40 gallon breeder tank, with very little live rock, a HUGE emperor HOB filter (soon to be modded with turf scrubber on outflow, will leave that for another thread!), and LOTS of rack space. The HOB is filled with liverock at the bottom, seachem de-nitrate rocks in the middle, and carbon/zeolite mix on the top, on both sides. The large amount of de-nitrate rocks provides the premium surface area for anaerobic denitrifying bacteria, which seems to out-do the surface area and filtration provided by the liverock itself. I keep a mixed frag tank with every type of coral I can think of, SPS to LPS to softies, amazing color and growth on everything. Lighting is full spectrum 165w LED unit, with very tight 60 degree optics, raised 20" above the tank. Tank sits on a built, unfinished stand (really need to skin this thing!). I use Red Sea Coral Pro salt, happily, and find it gives wonderful growth and color. Hope to see everyone elses tanks!!!

Here and there, really just to put back into more coral, I gotta catch 'em all!! I hope to expand into selling a bit more online, as I already operate my own eBay store doing value based resales on collectibles, antiques, musical instruments, electronics and pretty much anything else of value.
